The difference in measurements in women's clothing, between a 16 and a 16W (or a 14 & 14W or 18 & 18W…) will always vary depending on the designer(s) of a clothing brand. HOWEVER, this is the principle behind the measurement differences: a 14–16–18 fit is shape proportionate just like the smaller sizes.
16 is for the regular women's size. The plus sizes are for the plus-sized women. 16 plus means plus sizes for fuller figured women. 16P will most likely be a fuller cut.
For example, an 18W is similar to a misses' size 20. Some other general rules for sizing these items include: A women's size garment is cut more generously in the waist, hips, and bottom, making it more generously proportioned in these areas than its misses' size counterpart.
While a size XL is designed to fit a size 16/18, she may prefer to wear a size 1X which equates to a size 14/16. Numerical sizes are often labeled as 14W, 16W, 18W, and so on. The W is for Women's, which is another way of saying plus size.
Size 18P is for petite size which may be an inch or two shorter in length then the average inseam. 18 is average length and 18W is women's sizes where even though the length is the same as average it may have a 1/2 inch to a whole inch more in front and back rise.

In many cases, a women's size is roughly equivalent to the next misses' size up. For example, an 18W is similar to a misses' size 20. Pants or jeans in women's sizes may also have a taller rise than those with misses' sizing.

14W is a women's size, and will be cut fuller in the chest, hips and waist and shorter in the length of the torso than a size 14 would be. Probably depends on the brand, but generally a 14w is more like a 16. The W is a different sizing scale and you would wear a smaller number for a W size than a regular size.

Women's Sizes – Other pieces are sized with a number followed by the letter “W.” This “W” stands for women's sizing, and in general, it means that the clothing is cut with a looser, more relaxed fit. These clothing lines are often made for those with more generous curves and may have more ample bust and hip areas, too.

1. Foul smell. Raw shrimp that is bad will have a fishy smell to it or the scent of ammonia. Both are indicators that your shrimp isn't good and therefore not safe to eat.
The chemical is part of the slushy brine mix used to store the shrimp on most fishing boats before they make it to shore for further processing. It may also be used on farmed shrimp when the processing facility is far from the farm.
