Pujol is an essential stop on any itinerary, though locals tend to think Olvera is overcharging gullible tourists for what essentially boils down to elevated street food and mole any abuela can make. You can walk in and wait for a cancellation but it is unlikely you will get table. over a year ago. Reservations only and they are hard to get - this is one of the hottest restaurants in the city.

Tasting Menus do not normally include any wine, however a Wine Paring is normally offered alongside the Tasting Menu as an optional extra. These wines are chosen by the restaurants' Sommelier and will have been carefully selected to enhance the flavours within the dish and to perfectly accompany your meal.
The typical portion control when pouring with a tasting menu should be about three ounces of each wine.

Believe it or not, stainless steel has a grain. You should be able to see lines in the stainless steel and feel the grain with your fingers. Start at the top of your appliance and wash in the direction of the grain. If the grain is horizontal, start at the top and work your way toward the floor.
