In the movie, Yondu broke the Ravasher's code regarding children. Ravangers are forbidden to deal with sale/trade/transport of children so when he began shuttling children to Ego he broke the code especially once he knew what Ego was doing to them. he trafficked in children… for star lords dad.
With the first Guardians film it seemed pretty clear that Yondu and the Ravagers were basically galactic pirates, kind-of-bad guys who preferred profit over most anything else, though ultimately they could be called upon when truly needed as they did against Ronan's forces at the end of that film.
Thanos is a member of the Ravagers, the adoptive father of Nebula, and former kingpin in the intergalactic underworld. Thanos and his Ravager team later went on a mission to steal the Embers of Genesis from the Collector, which would result in a Ravager victory.
Quill is initially depicted as a member of the space mercenary group called the Ravagers who was abducted from Earth as a child. He becomes the leader of the Guardians of the Galaxy after they assemble out of necessity to stop Ronan the Accuser from destroying Xandar.

Together with fellow Ravager captains, Aleta Ogord and her clan attended the funeral of Yondu Udonta, paying respect for her fallen comrade.
The films revealed Peter Quill is part Celestial, and as the son of Ego the Living Planet, he's one of the only people who can wield an Infinity Stone on his own.
Originally, Thanos was much like his original counterpart and wanted to wipe out half the universe. However with persuasion from T'Challa, Thanos gave up on this plan of his and joined the Ravagers.
Despite T'Challa finding out midway that Yondu has basically lied to him all his life, their familial bond feels sacred. Thanos is now a part of T'Challa aka Star-Lord's gang of saviours. He credits T'Challa for convincing him to abort the Infinity Stones plan just by having a logical conversation with him.
Peter lived with Meredith in Missouri until the night she passed away from the tumor. The eight-year-old boy was subsequently abducted from Earth by aliens. Yondu Udonta, the leader of the Ravagers mercenary band that kidnapped the boy, had been paid by Ego to deliver Peter to him.
Meredith QuillThe character, created by Steve Englehart and Steve Gan, first appeared in Marvel Preview #4 (January 1976). The son of human Meredith Quill and Spartoi J'son, Peter Quill assumes the mantle of Star-Lord, an interplanetary policeman.

Strictly speaking, no. Thanos is not a Celestial. In the Marvel Universe, Thanos hailed from the ruined planet of Titan (itself based on Saturn's moon). Titan was home to many Eternals and their sworn enemies, the Deviants.
"What If... T'Challa Became a Star-Lord?" was released on Disney+ on August 18, 2021. Critics found the episode to be an improvement over the series premiere, praising its premise, heist plot, and the changes made to existing MCU characters such as Brolin's reformed Thanos.
He credits T'Challa for convincing him to abort the Infinity Stones plan just by having a logical conversation with him. Though, Thanos still believes that his plan isn't as destructive as people make it sound to be but has surely given up on making it a reality.
Yondu is not a Kree. The original comic version (from the future) was from a human colony on Alpha Centauri.
planet of TitanThanos was born to A'Lars, a member of the Titans, a race of powerful, god-like beings that evolved on the planet of Titan. He belonged to the royal family of Titan and was the adoptive brother of the Eternal Eros, who eventually left Titan.
Star-Power In his new role, Peter can survive in space, fly faster than the speed of light, and generate a personal force field. His other abilities include being able to recover from injuries quickly, super human strength, and universal language translation.
Yep, he's still got his powers. In fact, you never truly saw him harness his powers in the film. He was taught to harness Ego's power.
Ego the Living PlanetMeredith QuillJ'sonStar-Lord/ParentsPeter's mother was Meredith Quill. She was a mortal on earth who fell in love with a spaceman. This spaceman was Peter Quill's father, Ego the Living Planet.
We know that Death, Entropy, Eternity, and Infinity are seen on the wall designs of the Morag temple where Star-Lord gets the Power Stone at the beginning of the film. This means that the scene where Peter and Gamora fall in love is seen through Ego's eyes as he looks out onto Eternity, who is Peter's mother.
Baron MordoBaron Mordo appears in Spider-Man: The Animated Series, voiced by Tony Jay. This version serves as Dormammu's minion and is the archenemy of Doctor Strange.
The origins of the Eternals In the movie (spoiler alert!) the Eternals are synthetic beings created by the Celestials to protect intelligent life across the universe from the Deviants (I'm simplifying things here, but that's the basic idea).
According to Redditor u/PorchCouchLawyer, the Allfather himself Odin Borson (Anthony Hopkins) is a Celestial within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The theory suggests Odin's "eternal flame," as mentioned by Ego, was actually Asgard, for which he used his powers to form the realm and its people.

Years later, T'Challa taught the Ravagers to change their ways and become something more than just space pirates. T'Challa's deeds of saving people across the galaxy, earned him the title of the legendary outlaw and the name "Star-Lord".

If you'd like to view their graves and pay your respects, it's easy to do. Desert Memorial Park is open daily, and can be accessed from either Ramon Road or Da Val Drive in Cathedral City. While the cemetery is not what you'd call lush or particularly beautiful, it does hold several graves of note.
