Kacchan in Japanese means “Loud /explosion". Deku in Japanese is an insult which means “useless person”
It's his childhood nickname for Bakugou similar to how Bakugou was the one to start calling him "Deku" but in a less mean fashion. Kaa being short for Bakugou's first name Katsuki + Chan a Japanese honorific often used towards children or between close friends. Hence, Kaachan.
From what I've perceived in the anime and manga, Bakugou's quirk was everything to him. It made him who he was and is today. Since Midoriya didn't have that unique component that allows him to protect himself against danger, Katsuki created the name meaning Defenseless Izuku—ultimately creating the nickname Deku.
GG is slang for “Good Game” which may be realted to Todoroki who threw in the match without giving it his all. So he basically called in a GG, which is why Bakugo called him that.
In chapter 245 of the manga, Midoriya calls Todoroki by his name, "Shoto". He likely meant his hero name.
It actually sounds more intimate, and most high school students prefer it. Anyways Midoriya calling others with “kun” shows his polite, respectful, and modest personality. He calls Todoroki “Todoroki-kun” because it's how he does to everyone and isn't trying to distance Todoroki or anything.

Ochaco Uraraka Mina is very interested in Ochaco's love life, and despite her insistence, Ochaco is not overly bothered by Mina's curiosity.
He even got away with calling Katsuki, “Kacchan”, an affectionate nickname that Izuku addresses him by.
The reason her skin pigment is pink of her quirk and because it's resistant to the acid she produces. The reason she has horns is because she probably has a relative who has horns and most likely inherited it from one of them. She did a little makeover before entering UA just like him.
Chapter 284 sees Bakugo having a flashback to when he and Deku were training to better prep his body for the Float quirk (explaining how he was able to tap into it in the previous chapter), and he opens up about his feelings to All Might.
The main reason why people ship TodoDeku is because.. Of the fight between Midoriya and Todoroki during the Sports Festival. People thought that Midoriya simply trying to encourage Todoroki into using his left side was a sign of romance, which it obviously wasn't, but that is what MHA toxic shippers believe.
They are shipped for their aesthetic, ship name, and/or potential in fanfics. Many AU's have Hawks as the "savior" and Dabi is the one being saved. Hero/Villain trope.

sun childThe characters used to represent the name Himiko mean “sun child,” or “sun daughter” in archaic Japanese, and it is interesting to note that later Japanese rulers claimed to be descendants of the sun goddess.

After Izuku made him use his fire power during the Human Cavalry Battle, Shoto started to take Izuku more seriously and began to have a liking to him, going so far as telling Izuku his back story and declaring to him that he would surpass him using only his ice powers and in the process disown his father.
