Zen 2 CPUs such as the Ryzen 7 3700X have a default maximum Infinity Fabric speed of 1800MHz, which works synchronously with DDR4–3600 (which has a “double data rate” clock of 3600MHz or 3600MT/s, but an internal clock of 1800MHz).
Anything DDR4–3600 and lower will work fine. The Infinity fabric of the 3700X (and all the other Zen2 series chips) operates at 1800MHz, so you really don't want to go above DDR4–3600 and mess up the even clock ratio.
AMD 3800X Overview It has a base clock speed of 3.9 GHz and can reach a max boost clock speed of 4.5 GHz. Moreover, it features 32MB of L3 cache, 24 PCIe Gen 4 lanes, and support for dual-channel 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM.
Ryzen RAM Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz 16GB Kit Not only do they go up to some super-fast speeds, but they're also reliable and work perfectly with AMD's Ryzen processors. This 3200MHz kit will allow you to get plenty of performance out of your PC.
If both memory models are listed and certified then they should both work together. The machine will just use the lower clock speeds of the 2 sticks (2666mhz). If one or both are not listed then the possibility of the sticks not working well with each othe... Yes that is plenty fine.
It's difficult to mess up the RAM decision, especially if you choose one of our recommendations here. For the Ryzen 7 3800X, we'd recommend the 3000MHz Corsair's Vengeance LPX 16GB Kit.
AMD 3800XT Overview Built with Zen Core architecture, the 7nm Ryzen processor offers increased performance compared to its predecessor. It has a base clock speed of 3.8 GHz and can reach a max boost clock speed of 4.5 GHz. Moreover, it features 32 MB of L3 cache and support for 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM.
Not only do they go up to some super-fast speeds, but they're also reliable and work perfectly with AMD's Ryzen processors. This 3200MHz kit will allow you to get plenty of performance out of your PC.
For the Ryzen 7 3800X, we'd recommend the 3000MHz Corsair's Vengeance LPX 16GB Kit. If you have a huge budget and want to kit your PC out with some fancy-looking RAM, G. SKILL TridentZ kits are great ways to customize rigs with stunning components.
The main differences between the 3800X and 3700X being an extra 100 MHz of boost clock frequency on the 3800X and extra TDP headroom (105W for the 3800X versus 65W for the 3700X) for a $70 USD premium. The 21% higher release price translates to just a 2% higher effective speed over the 3700X.

Skyrim: How hard is it to beat the Dragonborn DLC at level 20 on Legendary difficulty? - Quora. Hard if you just go in. Easy if you get the right weapons, armor and enchantments. I'd say you could make it very easy if you level these perks enough and invest.
